A Clarity Session is for the moments when your admin and back office feel heavier than they should. You are keeping things running, but it costs energy and mental space every week.

Instead of trying to fix everything at once, we look together at how you are really working today: invoices, payments, documents, tools and follow ups.

You leave with three things: a clear diagnosis of what is working and what is creating friction, quick wins you can apply immediately, and a simple list of next steps that fits your reality, your time and your budget.

In 60 to 90 minutes, we review how you handle invoices, documents, tools and follow ups. You leave with a clear picture of what is working, what is slowing you down and a realistic plan to improve things.

About AdminFlow

I am Alex, founder of AdminFlow in Geneva. After more than 17 years working in finance, administration and healthcare, I decided to create a service that helps entrepreneurs bring calm and structure to the back office of their business. I hold a Swiss Federal Diploma in finance and accounting and I work with small businesses, independents and shops who want clarity without corporate jargon.

AdminFlow combines three things: financial clarity, clean admin organisation and simple automations where they truly help. My role is to translate your chaos into something structured that you can actually live with.

What I can help you with

During and after a Clarity Session, we can work on different areas depending on your situation.

  • Bookkeeping and financial organisation. Cleaning and structuring how you track income, expenses and invoices so you know where you stand.
  • Admin structure. Creating a simple system for documents, client files, follow ups and recurring tasks so nothing depends only on your memory.
  • Tools and automations. Choosing and setting up the right tools, for example Tally, Google Sheets, Make, MailerLite or Bexio, so your admin is lighter, not more complicated.
  • Dashboards and overview. Building simple views that show you the key numbers and dates you need to watch each month.

You do not need to know exactly what you want before booking. The Clarity Session is there to make sense of everything and decide the right next move.

How booking works

The Clarity Session fee is 190 CHF. To protect both your time and mine, the session is confirmed only after payment.

  •  You answer a few short questions on the intake form so I can prepare.
  •  You are redirected to the booking page, where you choose your time slot.
  •  You pay the 190 CHF fee securely by card.
  •  You receive a confirmation email with the video link for our session.
